I'm renting my blog to someone new, she's Bianca Roland and her blog is named Stir Fry Kitty. I really like her blog because I enjoy reading the entries, and I love her template. In her latest entry she talks about her Low-GI diet. She also haves a food/cooking blog, I just checked it out and there's a recipe for mexican lasagna. I've never tried it, I should, sounds yummi.
